Apple vinegar is a food flavoring product obtained through apple wine fermentation aided by the acid bacterium. Other than 6% of acetic acid, it also contains products, accumulated in the apple fruits, that are passed over to the vinegar. Its most valuable ingredient is Potassium which is an indispensable constructive material of the human organism. The apples contain also a number of trace elements such as Phosphorus, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, etc., which in combination with Potassium perform the role of a regulator in the organism, as well as many other benefits for the whole organism. Apple vinegar is used also in pickling and cooking.
