Liqueur “Bouquet” Lemon – 60ml
½ crushed lemon
Crushed basil – 4-5 leaves
Vanilla syrup – 15ml.
Preparation: Mash the lemon and basil in an old fashioned glass, add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice.
Decoration: a slice of lemon and a stalk of basil
