Wine vinegar is a food flavoring product with 6% content of acetic acid, which is obtained through the natural acetification of grape wines. It contains all the mineral and biologically active components that are passing over from the wine. During the course of alcoholic and acetic acid fermentation, other important ingredients are also accumulated in the vinegar, increasing its nutritional value. The vinegar is suitable for salad dressing and dishes, as well as for pickling.
