About
vinegar products
The apple vinegar is a food flavoring product
obtainedthrough apple wine fermentation aided by
acetic acid bacterium.
Except for the 6% - 9% of acetic acid, it also
contains products accumulated in the apple fruit
that are passed over to the vinegar. Its most
valuable ingredient is the potassium, which is
an indispensable constructive material for the
human organism.
The apples contain also a number of trace
elements such as phosphorus, sodium, magnesium,
calcium etc., which in combination with the
potassium perform the role of a regulator in the
organism.
Besides, there are other products formed during
the process of fermentation that appear to be
biologically valuable for the organism.
